what we Believe

​

 

There are many things ('disputable matters') that are not critical to being a Christian. Items like pre-Tribulation Rapture aren't important in the context of how we walk the path. However, below are the things we feel are essential to our faith and Christian walk:

 

• We believe in God the Father and Jesus Christ, who was sent by God as His only begotton Son.

 

• There is one God, the God of the Bible - the Creator of all things and our Father in Heaven. He is omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient and omnitemporal.

• Jesus is the Son of God, our Messiah who came to earth to die for our sins, and through Him, we can approach the Father. Jesus was fully man and fully divine, sent to the earth by God through immaculate conception.

 

• The Bible is God-breathed and His instruction to mankind.

 

• Because of Adam, we are a fallen people, irredeemable through our own aspirations and efforts. We are born with a heart of rebellion against God.

 

• It is by Grace we are saved and there is nothing we can do to attain forgiveness or Salvation outside of Jesus. Grace is a gift and, through Jesus, we have access to this gift.

 

• The Christian life is a work of heart where man submits to God and seeks a renewing of the spirit.
